An Employer is looking for a Help Desk Technician to help with a short term project. This individual will act as a POC within the Tech Express Help Desk to help ensure a successful deployment of a new security measure at T-Mobile. They will also respond to routine hardware/software problems and/or questions related to this security setup. You will host daily meetings with retail employees walk them through the set up steps and applying troubleshooting where needed. * Experience in a Help desk or customer support environment supporting various hardware, software and personal computer tools: 1 year.
* Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in person and virtually
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Ability to deliver customer service to users with various levels of computer knowledge.
* Ability to follow step by step instructions
* Ability to pass a background check
* Experience with virtual collaboration tolls such as Webex
