An employer is looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Analyst in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role, which will require 2 days onsite/week at our client's downtown Seattle location. You will work alongside Product Managers/Owners and Developers within our customers International Technology space, to gather and document requirements and create "How to Use This Feature Guides" when applicable. You will help ensure a continual process improvement focus exists across the team, supporting an environment of experimentation and new practice trials. Partner with peer Business Analysts to share and leverage lessons learned, fostering a PI culture at all times. Review Test plans to ensure acceptance criteria is clearly noted and ensure they can be linked back to requirements.
5+ years' of relevant business analyst experience - i.e. meeting with stakeholders to understand business requirements, requirements gathering, operational support, etc.
5+ years' experience creating and refining detailed User Stories, documenting ticket dependencies and tagging accordingly.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience required
Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and third parties, to ensure streamlined communication and removal of blockers.
Experience reviewing test plans for acceptance criteria.
Experience working for a retail organization such as Nike, Nordstrom, REI, etc.
