REMOTE Salesforce Admin

One of our largest aerospace clients is looking for a Salesforce (Systems) Admin sitting remote! This is a 12 month contract position that could potentially be extended. This person will be performing system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture. You will be providing problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems and support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems. This person will also be administering users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements and monitoring system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning.

- 4-5 years experience within System Admin

- Software System Administration, Salesforce, User Acceptance Testing, Data Load & validation

-Perform system administrator activities for Safety People Network (Salesforce) including, but not limited to:

- Managing user accounts setups, deactivations, and access privileges

- Conduct regular user and data audits

- Preparing reports and dashboards for users to generate meaningful metrics

- Download and install third party applications

- Conduct data loads and validate data deployments

- Help conduct training of new users

- Coordinate with other Salesforce admins on related issues

- Conduct pre-deployment tasks (such as user acceptance testing) prior to software releases for both Safety People Network and Boeing Safety Intelligence (BSI)

- Work with the development team to troubleshoot deployment errors
