Job Description

As a full cycle Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team, playing a key role in the full cycle recruitment process leading both recruitment and scheduling for our open India roles. Your responsibilities will encompass attracting and sourcing candidates for various positions while also managing the logistical coordination and scheduling of the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Your ability to balance both recruiting and coordination tasks will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's growth objectives.



What You'll Do

- Proactively source and attract potential candidates using various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

- Maintain an active and updated talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates.

- Arrange and schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and coordinate video or in-person interviews, considering the availability of candidates and interviewers.

- Communicate with candidates promptly, providing necessary information, interview details, and pre-employment requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team in salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates.

- Own the offer letter and employment agreement process: preparing the offer, facilitating signatures and delivery, facilitating storage of the offer documents.

- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and facilitate the recruitment workflow efficiently.

- Help conduct day 1 orientation for new new hires

- Must be willing to work out of the Hyderabad office 3x a week

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven work experience in both recruiting and recruitment coordination roles, with a solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage interview schedules and other logistical aspects of the hiring process.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR-related tools.

- Resourceful in resolving recruitment and coordination challenges and finding innovative solutions.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
