An employer is looking for a Remote Service Desk Technician. This person will be on a team of 14 people, assisting internal end users with their technology support needs such as basic help, password resets, etc. This is a performance driven team and a 2-month training program will be provided. If work is slow, they may be assigned to assist with ad hoc projects such as reviewing and updating knowledge base articles.
4+ years of experience of service desk or help desk support
3+ years of experience experience troubleshooting PC desktops/laptops, software, hardware, printers, peripherals, etc.
Advanced experience supporting Windows10 and Microsoft Office applications
3+ years of experience with a ticketing system
Excellent communication
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment
Experience with Service Now ticketing system
