The main function of a technical project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This team is working on augmented reality glasses, candidate will be working with the team who made Ray- Ban stories which is out in market.
We are looking for a PGM to assist a large and broad program initiative that is focused on our product quality for VR. This role will focus on the following:
- Working with XFN issue owners to identify sources of Quality issues
- Building a repository and set of organizational principles for this repository
- Building out templates and tools to build out the repository
- Entry work to seed the repository with existing known issues
- Triaging the repository where needed by partnering with XFN teams on issues
* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
* Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
* Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
* Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
* 5+ years of experience
