An employer is looking for a Mid-Level UX Writer to sit remotely and work PST hours. You will be supporting delivery work and ensuring UX writing is streamlined and standardized across all of our client's different domain spaces. The right candidate will be highly detail oriented and looking across various aspects of the application/website to ensure the language being used aligns holistically when it comes to things like error messages, validations, check out functions, etc.
Proven experience as a UX Writer in a digital product or commerce-focused company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of UX writing principles.
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
UX writing samples/portfolio to be shared with the client.
Experience with content management systems and design tools such as Figma and Miro.
Experience and/or familiarity with content management systems such as Salesforce or Contentful.
Experience with SaaS and chat content.
