An employer in the greater Nashville area is hiring for a Data Entry resource to assist in validating data in their Salesforce system. This will include comparing documentation with that of what is in the Salesforce instances and flagging things when they don't appear consistent. This Benchmarking team solves puzzles for our customers. We work to ensure that our customers' positions are benchmarked to the appropriate datasets for their jobs.
Study and analyze benchmark jobs by utilizing a defined benchmarking or market pricing strategy.
Perform audits of customer accounts to determine whether benchmarked jobs have changed significantly from the original evaluation.
Participate in special projects to improve internal systems and services.
Provide customer and operational support by completing routine tasks associated with customer data.
May also be called upon to provide other support to balance the workload across multiple teams within the Services organization.
Experience in Salesforce or other CRM/relational database
Skilled in research and data analysis
Able to juggle multiple projects
Project management, organization, or detail oriented skills
