Job Description
Our enterprise level IT organization oversees all data systems development and delivery and this team is responsible for all marketing teams used by the business. One of our company's largest technology initiatives is going to require a large upgrade to our existing systems and an implementation of new tools, systems, and capabilities. This Agile Coach will train executives on Agile methodology and provide guidance through the implementation process to ensure best practices; however, because major transformation initiatives are happening across this company, this Agile Coach will need to be incredibly adaptive and flexible to understand these unique situations and adjust accordingly. This Coach will provide a hands-on guidance and support, and act as a trusted advisor to teams and leaders across the organization.
Notes:
* Agile coaches with experience coaching leaders
* Coaches with experience in large agile transformations. They coach at the executive level (VPs or Directors), facilitate leadership conversations and coach to build consensus. They are usually skilled in other aspects like conflict management, coaching for success, servant leadership experts, strategy, LPM, etc.
* Skillset goes beyond simply Agile at Scale.
* Oftentimes, skills also go into the DevOps/ developer experience space with certifications supporting these technical abilities
* Experience in large scale Agile adoption and transformations
* Experts in several frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Test-first strategies, flow management, Mindset, leadership coaching
* Project Scope: R2D2 -- agile transformation for the digital and enterprise technology org. Large organizational change across huge orgs.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6+ years as an Agile Coach or Digital Product Manager in a fast-paced technology-based environment.
* Experience as a lead team level, program level, or enterprise level coach.
* Experience partnering with peer coaches as part of a large-scale Agile transformation.
* Experienced trainer who delivers a diversity of Lean-Agile classes specifically product management and servant leadership.
* Demonstrated success leading teams including Value Stream and ART integration.
* Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.
* Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).
