Job Description
* Collaborate with ATTS team to enhance, update, and maintain ATTS team Wiki -- both internal and customer-facing.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Atlassian suite of tools offered.
* Recommend and implement use of macros, forms, and Confluence add-ons for integration into team wiki.
* Develop, drive, standardize,and administer the Wiki content specific to the ATTS activity outline, deliverables, communications,and presentations.
* Implement and continuously improve the process of issuing periodic Wiki updates
* Overall owner for team online content management.
* As the key contributor for the team's online presence, the individual will establish and maintain the standards for delivery to internal stakeholders toensure a high level of quality consistent across all the functioningareas of the ATTS wiki.
* Communicate to the broader team on documentation best practices to promote the team's professional growth
* Identifyopportunities for improvement using industry best practices.
* Function as a Jira / Confluence Administrator for the team's Kanban
* Perform administration and services support as a subject matter expert for the Atlassian suite of tools, primarily Jira and Confluence
* Follow through MCANs model to work with AT&T SMEs to develop, enhance & enforce the system & user guidelines to assure reporting accuracy and data security.
* Administer, configure, and support Jira and Confluence, including projects, spaces, permissions, users, roles, reporting, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, issue security, via scripting, add-ons, and the REST API
* Build and maintain JIRA workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes.
* Partner with the DevOps team to ensure the Jira and Confluence environments remain stable
Required Skills & Experience
* Candidate must be comfortable with JQL, HTML, CSS, RestAPI
* Ability to create a compelling user-facing portal and dashboards within Confluence to engage and education downstream customers.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Experience working with Atlassian tools
* Experience working with Kanban Boards
