We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work for a leader in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for making 50-60 inbound client calls each day. The responsibilities will also include scheduling adherences, breaks, and lunches for clients. They will also help find solutions for any complex problems that these Hight Net Worth clients with 250K+ assets are dealing with. Overall, they will be creating high customer loyalty and provide great customer support
A requirement for this position is to have an ACTIVE SERIES 7 license. If this person still has an active series 7 and they will have some sort of financial services background.
If they come from a customer support role within financial services, that is a huge plus!
