Job Description

* Support test and learn planning and execution of strategic food assortment and expression innovation initiatives

* Lead cross-functional forums for visibility, feedback, and alignment with working teams and stakeholders

* Make recommendations for workstream approaches and launch scenarios, evaluating risks and opportunities

* Prepare executive level presentations and communications

* Thought partner on various food project and program scoping and resourcing across food teams

* Provide cross-team visibility to upcoming work, work in flight, and roadblocks requiring escalation

* Design and facilitate handoffs of work amongst teams as appropriate

* Consult and mentor on ad hoc projects, programs, work and forum structuring, and provide unique point of view on problems-to-solve

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in program management

* Familiarity with retail or F&B experience

* Cross-functional collaboration and leadership across multiple functions (i.e. product experience, supply chain, operations, marketing, store development, finance, etc.)

* Managing complex, often ambiguous, large-scale projects and programs across various design and execution phases

* Strong, organized communication to a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels

* Agile project management mindset and process implementation, with ability to adapt to shifting scope and priorities

* Strategic influencing up, down, and across with ability to challenge the status quo and drive decision making

* Mentorship and coaching of project and/or brand managers

* Leading through change management, while balancing action and risk

* Creating a team culture of warmth, belonging, and co-building
