Job Description

Creates organizes plans employee onboarding and skills training for employees. Provide support and assistance for educational activities for 500 organization. Develop unique training to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. Create and distribute training procedure manuals guides and course materials videos web based trainings.

Job Description
Assist with management of educational course catalog websites SharePoint student completion records and course offering activities. Assist staff and instructors in the development of courses and online modules.

Analyze training needs and requirements to develop new training and/or modify and improve existing training offerings. Assist in planning developing and providing training using effective methods - instructor led virtual training demonstrations on demand software platforms online meetings.

Must possess passion and proven experience for the development implementation and maintenance of a training program and curriculum that utilizing adult learning principles mentoring and career development techniques.

Well versed in project management practices.
Experience with Articulate 360 Camtasia Well Said AI software Excel Adobe Premiere.

Work with 500 people to help coordinate training. Help provide self-paced training materials. Visibility to leadership internal client leaders.

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

100 Remote. Preference that the candidate live near a US client site - for badge and equipment pick up/IT issues.

1-2 rounds of interviews virtual WebEx screens.

Must be able to sit walk and stand during a large portion of the day.
