Junior Accountant

Job Description

Manage all accounts: Cash, AP, AR, Loans Receivable, Notes Receivable, Expense, Revenue, Etc.

Help prepare month/quarter/year end reporting including but not limited to:

- Balance Sheet

- P&L

- Servicing Report

- Commission Reports

- Sales Reporting

- Forecasting

- Budgeting

- Sales

- Collection reporting

- Loan facilitation

- Credit facility management

- Partnership Management (Hedge Fund, Bank and Invesor)

- Assist with analytics for our sales team.

- Administer invoices to various clients.

- Help on various projects with our Hedge Fund and Banking partners.

- Manage general ledger in Quickbooks.

- Manager payroll through our 3rd party HR provider Insperity.

- Assist in portfolio management, collection reporting and loan performance metrics for $200mm+ portfolio.

- Assist in full process of loan sale: pricing, negotiation, closing and implementation.
