Our client is currently migrating their claims platform from a homegrown system to QNXT. This person will be responsible for going in to see why certain reports didn't run correctly and assigning them to teams responsible for solutions.
This person will be responsible for the following:
-Support, analysis, and maintenance of critical healthcare systems
-Providing support of database operating systems
-Work with business application system analysts, product managers, and customers in review of these healthcare systems
-Team is using Dynatrace for monitoring and ServiceNow for ticketing
-1-2+ years of experience as a support analyst (production support, supporting servers and systems for incidents that come through)
-Experience working through a ticketing system
-Batch processing experience
-Qnxt or facets experience
