Insight Global is looking for a Property Manager to join a large transportation company in Richmond, VA. This position is fully on site. The Property Manager will be supporting the real estate team. Responsibilities include creating RFP guidelines, analyzing data, manage property management functions on a regional scale, review amendments, leases, and contracts, enforce property management policies at facilities, oversee functions required to open new locations, and travel to facilities when needed.
-3+ years commercial property management experience
-Understanding of commercial property transactions
-Understand public records searches
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
