Job Description

1. Global Talent Management HR admin

Talent monitor is an annual process which identifies employees with the talent to become successors to our Senior Leadership Positions (Those at Director level or above, and key reports of the EC who are not at Director level). Functional leaders work with their HRBPs to complete a talent questionnaire in workday for all employees in Senior Leadership positions, as well as those identified as successors to Senior Leadership positions in <5 years. This is then used to create a talent profile for each employee in the talent monitor process. A Calibration meeting takes place between the EC leader, their HRBP and (optionally) their leadership team to pre-align on the content of the talent deck ahead of the Talent management meeting.

A Talent management meeting take place with the EC functional leader, CEO, CFO, CHRO & HRBP to review the talent deck and discuss succession & development plans (readiness of our talent to move into roles of increasing complexity and breadth and the plans to develop them in readiness for these roles).

The HR Admin role supports the HR Director, Talent, in all HR admin activities for the Talent Monitor process.

2. Global Culture Survey HR admin

Indivior conducts an annual Corporate Culture Profile (CCP) for all members, globally. We partner with Heidrick and Struggles, who will facilitate the initial distribution and collection or results. Each HRBP works with respective functional leaders to determine how the survey should be broken down/rolled up to yield most meaningful results. We have a 2 week window for the survey to be open, and participation is strongly encouraged and anonymous. Results are distributed by Heidrick and Struggles after roughly 3 weeks and each HRBP shares the results with their functions to capture any areas of concern and any areas to positively recognize, The HR Admin role supports the data management of function break outs/roll ups, through our people management system, aligns fresh census data, confirms appropriate data with each HRBP. When the results come in, the HR Admin will carefully review the data for accuracy, create meaningful reports to include charts/graphs that accommodate the results, and distribute to HRBPs.

3. Global Diversity & Inclusion HR Admin

Throughout the year, Indivior members are expected to complete Diversity and Inclusion training, offered by Heidrick and Struggles. There are different series offered, depending on the role as initial and on-going training occurs in addition to management training. The training is offered by registration through our iLearn system and assigned out to individual calendars once a registration is confirmed. The HR Admin will coordinate this training with IT colleagues to ensure all members are appropriately assigned and completing the training. The HR Admin will provide data report outs, and assigning new training as new hires onboard.
