Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Procurement Manager to support the State of Virginia. This resource needs to be local to Richmond and able to go onsite 3 days a week. They need to have 5-10 years of experience negotiating and working with IT agreements, contracts, and vendors. This person must be extremely sharp and have strong communication skills. Day to day this person will be providing sourcing expertise and contracting assistance for state agencies and institutions procuring IT software, hardware, telecommunication, and general goods and services.
- 5-10 years of experience procuring IT software, hardware, telecommunication, and general goods and services.
- 5-10 years of experience analyzing spend data and documenting using excel.
- Full comprehensive understanding of contract negotiation, value, and lifecycle in an enterprise organization.
