Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be an integral part of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers and clients.



Responsibilities:



Handle a substantial volume of inbound calls, approximately 40-60 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our Medicare/Medicaid products.

Participate in an intensive on-the-job training program for the initial 5-8 weeks, which will be conducted exclusively at our Norfolk, VA location. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of our Medicare/Medicaid products and services, enabling you to confidently educate customers and clients about their benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes.

Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience while effectively addressing customer concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.

Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues, seek guidance, and provide valuable insights for process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Desired Skills and Experience:



Have a proven track record of 1-4 years in delivering exceptional customer service within a high-volume inbound call environment. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, showing adaptability and resourcefulness in resolving customer inquiries and concerns.

Display a high level of empathy and patience, understanding the unique needs and challenges of our diverse customer base.

Possess reliable transportation, ensuring punctuality and attendance in our Norfolk, VA location.
