- On the job training program for the first 5-8 weeks, this will be performed 100% onsite in Norfolk, VA. Training is vigorous and learning about the Medicare/Medicaid products that our client offers.
- Learning about the products and speaking on them to customers and clients who are interested in learning more about them.
- Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day from customers and clients.
- 1+ years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
