Job Description
Our eCommerce client is looking for an IT Technician to support their Martinsville, VA location. This resource will provide hardware and software end user support. They will monitor the ticketing system and handle all PC hardware, laser & label printers and other hardware issues such as RF guns, tablets and mobile devices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Comfortable supporting 200+ end users in a site support team
- Experience working in a ticketing system environment, preferably Service Now
- Level 1/Level 2 troubleshooting experience in a Windows 10 environment
- Desktop/laptop imaging experience
- Familiar with quick PC build-out processes such as Ghost
- Flexible with first, second and third shift hours, 40 hours a week
