Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Workplace Strategy SME to join one of our largest customers supporting a federal program.
The Workplace Strategy SME provides expertise in workplace planning, space utilization, occupancy strategy, and federal workplace transformation initiatives. This role supports the planning, design, and implementation of workplace solutions that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and utilization of government-owned and leased facilities. The SME partners with real estate, facilities, project management, and stakeholder groups to align workplace strategies with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, facilities planning, or corporate real estate.
- Experience conducting workplace assessments and occupancy analyses.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience preparing workplace strategy recommendations and executive presentations.
- Proficiency with workplace planning tools and space utilization metrics.
