Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Legal Office Manager in Richmond, VA. This individual will support a small litigation-focused law firm and serve as a key point of contact for administrative and office operations. Responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing schedules and calendars, handling correspondence, assisting with legal and administrative documentation, coordinating office activities, and providing general support to attorneys and leadership. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a professional office environment.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, legal assistant, receptionist, or office manager role
Experience supporting professionals in a corporate, legal, or professional services environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience handling scheduling, correspondence, and office administration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience working in a law firm
Exposure to litigation or trial-related legal environments
Experience supporting attorneys or managing office operations
