Job Description
The Customer Technical Services (CTS) Specialist serves as a key technical resource supporting customers, sales, and marketing teams by managing product testing programs, interpreting technical data, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders. This customer-facing role requires confidence in leading technical discussions, answering customer inquiries, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fluid testing and product approval programs, including formulation development, test submission, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Coordinate laboratory testing through internal systems and processes, including submitting work requests, tracking testing progress, and managing associated costs.
Interpret technical performance data and communicate findings through presentations, phone calls, emails, and customer meetings.
Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, responding to inquiries related to product technology, performance, capabilities, and claims.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise, customer education, and product performance insights.
Manage relationships with assigned national and global accounts while supporting multiple sales representatives across a portfolio of major and emerging customers.
Participate in customer visits, technical presentations, and occasional domestic and international travel.
