Job Description
• Analyze systemic cyber risks impacting critical infrastructure and financial institutions.
• Leverage AI and Frontier AI models to enhance cybersecurity operations and resilience.
• Conduct threat hunting and support detection engineering initiatives.
• Analyze threat intelligence and emerging attack trends.
• Support incident response investigations and cyber risk assessments.
• Work with intelligence, cyber, and industry stakeholders to identify threats with systemic impact.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure security posture and program effectiveness.
• Brief technical teams, executives, and C-suite decision-makers on cyber risks and recommendations.
• Serve as a senior technical contributor and subject matter expert rather than a people manager.
Salary range: 200-250k

Required Skills & Experience
• Years of Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, systems engineering, threat hunting, detection engineering, cyber threat intelligence, or incident response roles
• Main strengths needed 1. systems engineering 2. AI cybersecurity 3. Incident response 4. Cyber threat intelligence
• Tools/Technologies: (needs to be a technical expert)
o Red team/adversary emulation experience,
o Frontier AI Models/AI
o Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP),
o TTPs, kill chain models, and attack frameworks i.e., (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Mode)
o Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), SIEM solutions, EDR/XDR platforms
o Systems engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certifications (GCTI, CEH, CCNA, CISM, CISSP)
• Ability to brief executive audiences (c-suite)
• Financial Sector exposure/Cybersecurity in Financial Sectors (can be taught)
• Active TS/SCI
