Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Travel Demand Modeler to support transportation planning initiatives by developing and maintaining travel demand forecasting models used to evaluate future traffic patterns and transportation needs. This individual will analyze transportation data, utilize tools such as CUBE, TransCAD, and GIS, and prepare technical reports and recommendations that help guide roadway, transit, and infrastructure investments. The ideal candidate will have experience with travel demand modeling, transportation planning principles, and data analysis, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.

Required Skills & Experience
Travel Demand Development experience
Degree in Urban Planning or related field
Knowledge of federal, state and local transportation
TransCAD, CUBE, GISDK or CUBE Voyager or Streetlight scripting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Planner (AICP) credential and knowledge of the Highway Capacity Manual and related transportation planning procedures.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
