Job Description
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring project controls strategies are set up and delivered successfully while meeting client goals
• Manage full financial oversight of projects, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and reporting
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including due diligence, design, permitting, procurement, scheduling, and construction
• Work across a variety of project types in complex environments with minimal direction
• Identify new opportunities to support business development and client growth
• Oversee capital improvement programs across multiple sites
• Negotiate contracts and manage performance of vendors, consultants, and contractors
• Identify risks and escalate potential issues to leadership as needed
• Provide on-site oversight to ensure projects meet performance expectations
• Utilize internal tools and technology to support project execution
• Manage and develop team members, ensuring alignment with company policies and strong team performance

Required Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of project Controls Cost experience
• 2 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proficient working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate, design and construction.
• Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, MS Project.
