Job Description

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Solution Architect to support a large-scale, greenfield implementation of Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP, and EPM systems for a rapidly growing organization. This highly visible role will play a critical part in shaping the future enterprise systems landscape by driving functional design, architecture decisions, and system optimization initiatives.
This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, bringing strong operational and functional expertise within Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have a solution-oriented mindset, capable of configuring systems while guiding key architectural decisions—such as when to configure, extend, personalize, or customize the platform. The role will also contribute to lifecycle management, integration strategy, data migration, and continuous improvement efforts post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a functional Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain initiatives
• Partner with implementation vendors to define system architecture and roadmap
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on functional requirements
• Determine appropriate system strategy: configure vs extend vs personalize vs customize
• Support architecture & design decisions across enterprise applications
• Develop and execute test strategies; support UAT validation
• Collaborate on data migration and integration strategy across systems
• Drive lifecycle management and change control processes
• Enable automation and system extensibility where appropriate
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot functional issues and act as escalation point
• Promote best practices and reduce system complexity across the enterprise
• Deliver post‑implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional or integration issues related to Oracle Fusion.
Promote cross‑functional, enterprise‑wide thinking and help reduce system complexity and total cost of ownership.
