Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations (maintenance, repairs, renovations)
- Manage vendors and contractors (quotes, agreements, performance)
- Lead and develop facilities staff
- Handle budgeting, costs, and facility services (security, cleaning, parking, etc.)
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Manage building security and access systems
- Respond quickly to facility issues and employee requests

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in facilities management or operations (leadership preferred)
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and construction workflows
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and facility management tool
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or certifications (CFM/FMP) are a plus
Experience in Yardi is a major plus
