Job Description

Project Manager Lead
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national defense? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for the mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical solutions makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a project manager on our team, you have the chance to shape the development of systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by supporting advanced system design, test, and evaluation. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these solutions, but also evolve them with advanced technology. On our team, you’ll be able to grow your skills by merging multiple technical disciplines to create solutions that drive missions.
You Have:
• 5+ years of experience managing hardware or software development projects in an Agile or SAFe environment
• 3+ years experience using digital engineering tools, including Jira, Confluence, Cameo Systems Modeler, MS Project or Planner, IBM DOORS, or Jama Connect
• Experience operating as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
• Experience in risk management, managing stakeholder needs, or contract or client management
• Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking
• TS/SCI clearance (OK with Secret clearance but not preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
• Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle
• Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment and supporting systems engineering activities
• Experience with AI, cyber, or autonomy systems
• Experience with programming
• Experience in modeling languages such as UML
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
• PMP Certification
• SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on Hardware AND Software Engineering experience
- Experience running multiple agile release trains at a time and leading a team
- Minimum Secret Clearance. TS/SCI preferred.
