Job Description
An enterprise client is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and business process improvements. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working within the Dynamics ecosystem (Insights & Journeys), excels in translating business needs into technical requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Benefits for this position include health, dental, vision, etc. The expected pay rate is between $40-$45 an hour based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Insights and Journeys experience preferred)
Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation (requirements, user stories), and process mapping
Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking, and release cycles
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
