Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communications Management (CCM).
This role will own the end-to-end delivery of a highly complex, multi-year program involving the migration of over 100M+ documents from legacy systems into new platforms. The Program Manager will drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives.
This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of technical program management and business leadership, with strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams, leadership, and external vendors. The pay rate for this role is $55-65hr depending on years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end program roadmap, including planning, sequencing, and execution
- Oversee multiple large-scale migration initiatives simultaneously
- Lead the migration of 110M+ documents into new enterprise systems
- Drive program health tracking, including metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers and escalations across teams
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity on:
- Lead business case development and prioritization of initiatives
- Work closely with change management teams to support communication and adoption strategies
- Provide executive-level communication and reporting on program progress
- Manage internal teams and external vendor partners in a matrixed environment
- Continuously evaluate and adjust the program roadmap to align with evolving priorities

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of program/project management experience
- Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise-level programs
Hands-on experience with:
- System migrations and/or implementations
- Cross-functional program delivery
Strong ability to manage:
- Multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously
- Internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Experience balancing technical delivery with business objectives (50/50 focus)
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
