Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a focused engineering pod supporting a Spanish rollout initiative for a fintech platform. The work authorization is not specified and the pay range is between $24-25/hr Developers will work primarily on backend tokenization and translation integration, contributing to a clearly defined project with strong leadership and low ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned portions of tokenization and translation integration work
Build and update:
Backend services in Golang
Templates/configs used to support multi-language functionality
Assist with integrating official translations into system configurations
Collaborate with:
Team Lead (primary POC)
Product, translation, and compliance teams as needed
Participate in code reviews and sprint delivery
Support testing efforts for translation accuracy

Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of software development experience
Strong backend development skills with Golang (preferred)
Experience building APIs and working with data/config-driven systems
Comfortable in a full stack environment (React exposure is a plus, not required)
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, project-based environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with internationalization (i18n) / localization / translation workflows
Experience working with external vendors or compliance teams
Spanish language proficiency (nice-to-have, not required)
