Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Spectrum Data Analyst to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This individual will work with data related to spectrum usage and help the team better understand performance, identify issues, and improve overall operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:

Analyze data related to spectrum usage to identify trends and patterns
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
Use tools to help build and share communication materials (such as frequency or spectrum reports) across teams
Work with different teams to understand data needs and deliver useful insights
Troubleshoot issues by analyzing data and identifying root causes
Provide recommendations to improve spectrum usage and system performance
Stay up to date on best practices in data analytics and spectrum management
Present findings and insights to team members and leadership in a clear way

$40/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
• BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge of UxS/C-UxS capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and quality assurance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with test measurement and diagnostic equipment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience briefing senior level military and civilian leaders
