Job Description

Seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to improve IT service delivery by streamlining end-to-end workflows and aligning performance and budget processes. This role partners with stakeholders and development teams, applying SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional) to drive process improvements, automation, and ServiceNow capabilities (SPM/PPM) for portfolio planning, demand intake, project tracking, and reporting. The position also leads workshops and briefs senior leadership to support adoption and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

-Improve enterprise project management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow) by gathering requirements and supporting implementation
-Assess IT service delivery to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
-Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements
-Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
-Support implementation efforts with training and change management
-Establish metrics to monitor process performance
-Create key deliverables such as process maps, implementation plans, and stakeholder briefings
-Lead workshops and present to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience

-10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or process improvement
-Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-ITIL certification
-Experience with federal programs and enterprise service management platforms
-Experience creating training and change management documentation
