Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Collections Specialist for a growing financial services client. This individual will be responsible for early-stage collections on consumer loan accounts, engaging customers through outbound calls, securing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a structured environment, and is looking to build a long-term career within a developing collections team supporting medical professionals. Pay for this role is between $30-$33 hourly.

Day-to-Day:
Make outbound calls to customers with accounts 4–19 days past due
Handle 80–100 customer contacts daily/weekly
Collect payments on past-due consumer loan accounts
Process payments and assist with loan modifications
Accurately document all customer interactions
Review weekly reports and follow up on account activity
Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail on account renewals

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of consumer collections experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Proficiency in Excel
Experience documenting customer interactions
Ability to work evening and Saturday schedule

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with loan modifications
Financial services or lending background
Dialpad or similar dialer experience
Interest in long-term career growth
