Job Description
The Loader Operator supports daily yard operations by safely operating heavy equipment to move, load, and prepare vehicles for sale and transport. This individual works closely with yard staff to check in new vehicle arrivals, stage vehicles for outgoing shipments, and assist with general site upkeep throughout the day. A key aspect of this role is coordinating with drivers, transporters, and teammates — many of whom may speak languages other than English — making clear communication and adaptability essential. This is a fully outdoor, hands-on role where reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently are critical to success.

Required Skills & Experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior forklift experience — active certification not required as on-site certification training is provided
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM consistently
• Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions in a hands-on, active role
Strong work ethic and reliability — this role requires consistent, independent performance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Active forklift certification
• Prior experience in a yard, warehouse, outdoor operations, or industrial environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish — a significant plus given frequent interaction with transporters and drivers who may speak primarily Spanish
