Job Description
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant. The assignment is expected to last approximately four months.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, taking, and forwarding messages, and logging/recording incoming mail
Schedule and coordinate Conference Rooms and Training Rooms
Record signature documents and maintain accuracy on shared spreadsheets
Assisting staff with basic administrative needs
Data entry and maintaining data on spreadsheets
Review files to be recorded, scanned, or discarded
Maintaining/ordering office supplies
Recording and organizing records
