One of Insight Global’s clients is seeking a Property Administrator to support daily building operations in Falls Church, VA. This is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
In this position, the Property Administrator will partner closely with the property manager to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing and coding invoices, and delivering high‑quality customer service to all building tenants.

Required Skills & Experience
Administrative experience — Minimum of 2+ years, ideally within the real estate or property management industry
Communication skills — Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service mindset
Invoicing systems — Familiarity with platforms such as Nexus or similar accounting tools
Commute reliability — Consistent ability to travel onsite to Falls Church, VA
Background check — Must be able to successfully complete pre‑employment screening
