Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Cloud / DevOps Engineer to support the build, deployment, automation, and operation of cloud-based applications. This person will help containerize applications, deploy them into Kubernetes, automate infrastructure processes, and support CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, YAML, scripting, and automation tools such as Ansible. This role requires someone who can work closely with software development teams to ensure applications are deployed reliably, monitored effectively, and kept highly available.
We can offer $170K-$220K depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience building, running, and troubleshooting Docker containers.
Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
Strong understanding of YAML configuration files.
Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps/deployment tools.
Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible.
Ability to author or modify Ansible playbooks.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts, including build pipelines, deployment triggers, and automated releases.
Familiarity with Kubernetes health checks, including liveness probes, readiness probes, pod restarts, and node monitoring.
Ability to troubleshoot application deployment issues across cloud and containerized environments.
