Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a manufacturing engineer to support our client in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working on a shop floor, collaborating with technicians, testing electronic circuits, preparing repair reports, and ensuring QA standards are met. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM EST and the pay ranges between $63,000 and $85,000 depending on years of experience and how they interview.

Required Skills & Experience

2 years of electrical experience (internship experience can count towards experience).
Bachelor's degree or an electronic technician certification
Deep understanding of electronic repair or electronic troubleshooting experience.
Soldering circuit boards, performing failure analysis, recommending best practices in the form of repair proposals.
Proficient in troubleshooting electronic circuit boards, determining obsolescence for parts, and workshopping solutions as needed to complete tasks.
CAD modeling and LabVIEW experience
