Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a 3rd shift manufacturing supervisor who will be responsible for leading the entire 3rd shift breaker panel team. This individual must possess strong leadership qualities, proven track record of successfully leading teams, hitting KPIs, providing clear production reports, and leading pre-shift meetings with the team. The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within a supervisory capacity and must be able to show expertise in either welding, fabrication, or electrical skillsets. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM with a 13% hourly increase while working third shift. The hourly rate ranges between $40-$43/hr. based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience in a supervisory role
Proven track record within manufacturing repair work, tracking production, and submitting paperwork in a timely manner with minimal to no mistakes.
Experience within Cost Point and Excel
Must still be willing to work with their tools (65% of their responsibilities will be on the production floor, the rest will be administrative responsibilities).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Military background is a major plus (learning QA processes will be easier).
