Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in support of a DoW customer where we function as the Lead System Integrator. This individual will be working to develop, maintain, and manage integrated schedules for a series of mission-critical application development projects.

Other duties:
• Develop, baseline, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program execution in collaboration with program leads and other stakeholders.
• Support management’s efforts to prepare, update, and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP) while maintaining horizontal and vertical schedule integration across projects and functions.
• Perform cost, schedule, and performance analysis using Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management (EVM), and other project management techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve performance variances, critical path conflicts, and network logic issues to anticipate problems and implement mitigation strategies for cost and schedule performance improvement.
• Execute schedule risk analyses (SRA) and critical path management to identify potential delays and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to collect and deliver program status updates, conducting schedule status reviews and presenting updates to stakeholders, IPT members, and senior management.
• Support the preparation and submission of Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) using Format 6 CDRL requirements.

Hourly: 64-71/hr
Salary: 140,000-155,000

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience, or Associates and 8+ years experience
-TSSCI Clearance
-Experience using MS Project, Primavera, or other scheduling tools
-Experience conducting Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis
-Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
-Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
