Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CAS Legal Systems / Matter Management Specialist for a top professional services and regulatory organization. This individual will serve as a specialist-level expert responsible for the strategic health, configuration, and evolution of legal and compliance systems within a complex corporate advisory environment. The role partners closely with legal, compliance, audit, and technology leadership to solve systemic challenges, design future-state solutions, and deliver high-impact platform enhancements. The ideal candidate brings deep Onit Matter Management experience, strong process design skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while advising senior stakeholders across a distributed enterprise ecosystem. Pay for this role is between $43-$57 hourly.
Day-to-Day:
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Professional Conduct, and Audit teams to gather and validate requirements
Configure and enhance CAS platforms such as Onit and NetDocuments
Document and maintain system workflows, technical specs, and change logs in Jira and Confluence
Support system health, stability, and issue resolution across CAS platforms
Design and document future-state solutions for process and system improvements
Execute system enhancements, testing cycles, and UAT
Contribute to process optimization initiatives improving efficiency, controls, and data integrity

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on configuration experience with Onit Matter Management
3+ years experience supporting legal matter management systems
Functional understanding of legal department operations and investigatory workflows (eDiscovery, Legal Holds, Litigation prep)
Strong business process analysis and process documentation skills (as-is / to-be)
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (workflow design, documentation, change logs)
Ability to work autonomously and advise senior stakeholders
IT background with comfort supporting application configuration and underlying databases
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Legal Document Management Systems (LDMS) such as NetDocuments or iManage
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud
Working knowledge of Legal Tracker and Diligent
Familiarity with M-365, SharePoint, Monday.com
Experience working with geo-distributed internal teams and external vendors
Strong data modeling and system integration experience
