In this role, you’ll serve as a technical leader driving the successful delivery of complex network infrastructure and software initiatives. -Lead end-to-end program execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure and software projects, from concept through deployment.
-Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams—plus external vendors—to deliver on schedule and at scale.
-Own technical risk management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, particularly in network deployments.
-Translate strategy into action: Align technical deliverables with broader business objectives, operational priorities, and long-term timelines.
-Communicate with impact: Provide clear, actionable status updates, dashboards, and briefings to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems is required.
-12+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure planning.
-5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects, including large-scale or multi-million-dollar initiatives.
-Strong command of core networking protocols, including BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6.
-Experience with optical networking, data center environments, and server-level hardware deployments.
-Working knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
-Proven ability to model network growth, optimize capacity, and align technical decisions with budget constraints.
