Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a senior leader responsible for building and scaling a global field operations team embedded in DoW installations. This role designs process of operations from the ground up, hires and manages regionally distributed teams, and builds trusted relationships with high stake holder personnel. The position ensures on-the-ground insights are translated into actionable data that informs supply chain decisions, procurement strategy, and a proprietary technology platform.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience in relevant DoW logistics, supply chain, or operations.
5+ years in a leadership or management role. This will require large scale management of 100+ people at any given time
Must have direct experience working on or with installations relevant to the work
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
