Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a field performing maintenance, repair, and system optimization tech for HVACR and mechanical systems. This role operates with moderate independence and is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues across a variety of environments including mission critical facilities, data centers, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
With a primary focus in VA, MD, WV, and DC markets (targeted 90-mile radius), this position will also support national and international accounts as needed. This role serves as a key contributor to field operations while supporting junior team members and ensuring consistent service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
o 5+ years of HVACR or mechanical experience
o Experience working on chillers, cooling towers, CRACs, CRAHs, air handlers, rooftop units, compressors, pumps, etc.
o Journeyman's or Masters mechanic license for MD or VA.
o Moderate to advanced understanding of controls componentry to include relays, contactors, motor starters, control boards, as well as electrical knowledge.
o Willingness to travel as required, including potential international travel.
