Insight Global is looking for a commercial HVAC technician in the Richmond, Virginia area to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale industrial AC units. Execute routine and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in AC systems, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with a skilled team, providing expertise and guidance for effective repair strategies. Adhere to rigorous safety standards and industry regulations during all work procedures. Document all service activities, including equipment condition, utilized parts, and performed tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with large industrial AC units, service maintenance of these specialized units.
EPA Certified (CFC)
Commercial and industrial AC units ranging from 2 to 50 tons
AC systems brands such as York, Aon, Crack Unit, Train, Carrier, and Daikin.
Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and rectify intricate AC system malfunctions.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Availability for potential overtime and prompt response to emergency repair requests.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Masters or Journeyman's License
