Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a growing utilities construction team in the Richmond, VA area. This individual will work closely with field crews to promote safe work practices, support daily jobsite activities, and help ensure compliance with established safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily jobsite safety activities, including distribution of PPE
Review safety guidelines and daily action items with field teams
Conduct routine jobsite inspections and document findings
Participate in follow‑up and investigation processes when safety findings are identified
Complete administrative safety documentation and reporting
Partner with operations and field leadership to reinforce safety expectations
Required Background & Experience
Background in electrical underground utilities construction preferred
