Job Description
Our client, a large government consulting firm, is looking to bring on a Requirements Systems Engineer to their team. This person will work with key stakeholders to write and develop requirements to improve the current TSA checkpoint system. The is a hybrid role at HQ in Springfield VA onsite 2-3 days/ week with flexibility.
Day to Day:
• Work with stakeholder to develop and write requirements to improve checkpoint system
• Work within the delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of federal organization, develop an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting.
• Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors degree – preferably in engineering field
• 5 years of experience supporting a federal customer with analytics, requirements development, or acquisition
• Active TSA public trust or experience supporting TSA within the last year
